We offer 6 different red wine labels, from dry wine to semi-dry, semi-sweet and sweet wine, to satisfy every taste.
Semi-Sweet Red
Category: Semi-Sweet Red Wine
It is produced from the varieties Robola Syrah and Mavromoscato.
Fermentation at 20 oC, helping it retain all the aromas of the variety
With pleasant aromas of spices and red fruits, deep ruby colour and strong aftertaste.
Spicy dishes of the Greek cuisine

Enetico Red
Category: Semi-Dry Red Wine
It is produced from the Augoustiatis and Mavro Moscato varieties,
that are cultivated exclusively in Zakynthos. The ideal combination of climate, sun and soil activate the individual characteristics of these varieties
Red vinification in small stainless-steel tanks at 20 oC
Aromas of red fruits, spices with an extremely light and sweet aftertaste
Cooked meals and lightly grilled red meat.

Cava
Category: Dry Red Wine
Produced from the Augustiatis and Merlot varieties in mountain vineyards of low acreage in Zakynthos, with the classic method of red vinification
Red vinification in small stainless-steel tanks at 20 oC
Red color, composite, from spices and fruits that blends
harmoniously with its rich taste.
Grilled meat and spicy cheese

Ampelou Ravdi Red
Category: Dry Red Wine
What the name means:
“Ampelou Ravdi” means “vine branch”. Sorcerers used to make their sticks of this wood. Thus its touch has a magical impact, same as tasting this fine wine!
It is produced from the Augoustiatis variety that is cultivated in the semi-mountainous regions of Zakynthos.
Red vinification method with the fruit remaining after its separation in the winemaker for 8-10 days until it acquires all the aromas, color and tannins we want and matures in French oak barrels for 16-18 months.
Deep red colour, shining appearance, velvety texture, aromas of berries and nuts, rich body and long dry aftertaste
Combines perfectly with local delicacies such as Zakynthos ragout and also with all grilled meats and yellow cheeses.

Glykopati Red
Category: Sweet Red Wine
Produced from the Mavrodafni, Augoustiatis varieties, from vineyards of Zakynthos of low acreage yield.
Rich wine with strong aromas of sweet fruits and spices. Deep ruby bright color with an excellent sweet aftertaste.
Mainly spicy dishes but can also be used as a liqueur.

Avgoustiatis
Category: Dry Red Wine
Produced by the Avgoustiatis variety, exclusively cultivated on Zakynthos.
Aged in oak barrels from 3 to 6 months while it becomes
complex when aged for 4-6 years in the bottle. The combination of climate, sunshine and soil are ideal for growing this variety
It has a strong taste with round tannins, a pleasant acidity and a lasting aftertaste
Grilled meat, cooked meals and yellow cheese.
