Veradea
Category: Dry White Wine
What the name means:
According to Zakynthian tradition, it was a wine dedicated to the Gods. VERA-DEA (True Goddess). A true Goddess in your glass.
Produced by the Skiadopoulo, Robola and Pavlos varieties, from selected vineyards in the area of Riza, Zakynthos.
With the traditional way of winemaking, at low temperatures, using the grape must of the highest quality.
Multi-variety, yellow-green wine with a spicy taste, full body and light fruit aromas.
It accompanies mainly fish but blends harmoniously with many cooked foods.

Allotines Epoches
Category: Semi-dry White Wine
Produced by the Pavlos, Skiadopoulos and Moscato varieties, from Zakynthian vineyards of low acreage yield
Fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, helping it retain all the aromas of the variety.
White colour, bright with yellow-green highlights, with an excellent and fruity aftertaste

Semi Sweet White

Produced by the Pavlos, Skiadopoulos and Savatiano varieties

FrizZante
Category: Semi-Sparkling White Wine
A delightful semi sparkling wine made from the grape variety muscat. It combines perfectly with fruits, nuts or desserts or for any special occasions.

Fermentation in the traditional way of vinification, adding resin during the process.

Moscofilero
Category: Dry White Wine
Produced by the Moscofilero variety, from vineyards of low acreage yield
Fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, helping it retain all
the aromas of the variety.
Bright white colour with yellow-green highlights. Distinguished for the intense aromas reminiscent of citrus white flowers and rose petals.
It can be consumed plain but also as an aperitif with nuts and fresh salads and everything fresh from the sea, but also with a chicken dish or with lobster spaghetti

Glykopati White
Category: Sweet White Wine
Produced by the Moscato and Glykerythra varieties, from Zakynthos vineyards of low acreage yield
White small grapes, sun-dried for 5-6 days

Ampelou Ravdi White
Category: Dry White Wine
What the name means:
“Ampelou Ravdi” means “vine branch”. Sorcerers used to make their sticks of this wood. Thus its touch has a magical impact, same as tasting this fine wine!
Produced from the local variety Goustoulidi that is cultivated in Zakynthos.
Τhe must is left for a few hours in the press, gaining the special aromas of the rare local variety.
White colour, with intense vivid hints, aroma of ripe fruits and Mediterranean herbs
Fish, shellfish, pasta, cheese, chicken and poultry.

Chardonnay

Produced by the Chardonnay variety, from vineyards of low
acreage yield

Colour bright white lemon green with highlights, excellent and fruity aftertaste, aromas of mango, pineapple and banana, full body and acidity ranging from medium to high
It accompanies most dishes of Greek cuisine, but also aromatic cheeses
